[KinoSearch] Setting up search server and client

I assume that SearchServer is faster than mod_perl. Are there any
extra guidelines how to setup SearchServer and SearchClient (not
included in CPAN web-site)? I'm used to PubMed Entrez API which
requires a history token for retrieving search results. So my question
is if I need to do anything extra in KinoSearch to cache search
results for each user? Let's say in one request I want to know the
number of results then close all connections and later get a subset of
document IDs, etc.
