[KinoSearch] [OT] Search::Tools 0.26 released

Search::Tools has been mentioned here before so I trust I'm not too off topic.

Version 0.26 is now on CPAN. I stole liberally from KinoSearch's C tokenizer and
the idea of the HeatMap in this release. Performance has improved accordingly.
Thanks to Marvin for being a smart guy and sharing that smartitude with the OSS
community.

Search::Tools features overlap somewhat with KS but there are some added things
like the spellcheck which might be of use to KS users.
