[KinoSearch] Update - installing kinosearch issues

Thanks Eric... HOWEVER this doesnt work if you follow the instructions:
E:\>ppm install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/kinosearch.ppd
Error: Failed to download URL
http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/kinosearch.ppd: 404 Not Found

I also tried:
E:\>ppm install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/dist/kinosearch.ppd
Error: Failed to download URL
http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/dist/kinosearch.ppd: 404 Not Found

How do I install this thing so it works in windows !!!???

Hi so I took the download directly from the rectangular page and that made the difference - BUT still have issues - does anyone know how to link C to Perl per the install error messages below ?  Besides installing the pre-req modules what should I do ?  A sample program using "use KinoSearch::InvIndexer; " produced an error, so it did NOT install (was hoping it did) ...
