[KinoSearch] Update - installing kinosearch issues

Hi so I took the download directly from the rectangular page and that made the difference - BUT still have issues - does anyone know how to link C to Perl per the install error messages below ?  Besides installing the pre-req modules what should I do ?  A sample program using "use KinoSearch::InvIndexer; " produced an error, so it did NOT install (was hoping it did) ...
