[KinoSearch] Merging indexes, etc

Hi Marvin,

Performing another test merge of the sub-indexes, I encountered this error:

Can't call add_invindexes after new_doc at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/i486-linux/KinoSearch/InvIndexer.pm line

KinoSearch::InvIndexer::add_invindexes('KinoSearch::InvIndexer=HASH(0x8958190)',

Is this perhaps related to my usage of delete_docs_by_term() and
add_invindexes() on the same $iv?

For now, I'm assuming so and splitting the two.
