[KinoSearch] New Highlighter API

Greets,

There are a couple new classes under KinoSearch::Highlight in  
subversion.

The new API makes two things possible:

   * Highlighting can adapt based on the word or phrase being
     highlighted.
   * Excerpts can be encoded.  By default, < > " and & are
     now turned into HTML entities.
