[KinoSearch] Change of reply-to header policy

Greets,

That last post of mine was in reply to a what was actually a private  
email from Marc.  It seemed like it was for public consumption, so  
when I saw that "kinosearch at rectangular.com" was missing from the cc  
list, I figured I must have hit "Reply" instead of "Reply All" and  
filled it in.  D'oh!  Sorry, Marc.

I'd already been leaning against the private Reply-To policy.  This  
seals it.  I'm changing the config so that replies now go to the list  
by default.
