[KinoSearch] resuming indexing

Is it possible to resume aborted (error/manual) indexing process? After indexing
a    lot of documents my indexer stopped, but without executing
$invindexer->finish, this leaves a lot of temp files. I have tried to resume
indexing process but all information got lost.
